those who failed getting place in the IPTA due to low qualification or failed their SPM.
Focusing program by UPKBN are Full-time Diploma Level Studies, Malaysian Skills Certificate
Studies (TVET) and SPM Fast Track Program for Tahfiz/Madrasah graduate students that want to
gain SPM academic qualifications.
UPKBN conveying the importance of education to the youth where Education is the aim in a country since education is the pillar of success for all.
UPKBN wants to produce a generation that have education and skills at once to aim the country targets to have 0% of unemployment and 100% group of Professional among the Youth in Malaysia.
